One Life Charity is structured with the framework of an independent nonsectarian socialist parliamentary constitutional direct democracy. The constitution or bylaws will be written by The Founders who will make up the parliamentary, also known as The High Council (THC). The Chair of the Board has authority granted by the constitution to select members from The High Council to form the executive branch (Board of Directors) known as the Council of Freethinkers (CF). Legislative power is vested in the Federation Council (FC) and is composed of democratically elected officers from the Federation Force (FF). The judiciary, also known as the Federation Judiciary Council (FJC), is independent of the executive branch and the legislature.

The governance structure of One Life Charity grants all members the constitutional right to vote on organizational issues and representative electors.

Council of Freethinkers

The Council of Freethinkers is the executive branch of the organization. It’s composed of senior members of the FF selected from The High Council by the Chair of the Board. The CF will act as the board of directors and be a special executive committee to the COB. The purpose of the CF is to create the by-laws, carry out all lawful orders from the COB, and provide guidance, intel, and feedback.

Founders

The first 1,000 members appointed by the Chair of the Board to serve in the Federation Force will be known as the Founders. They will be forever memorialized as the ones who dared to change society by building a direct democracy with a planned economy that will ultimately create independent sustainability.

The Founders will be responsible for creating a new constitution and ratifying the Prime Directive and Code of Moral Responsibility.

The High Council

The High Council will be created when 100 enlisted officers assemble in the Hall of Freethinkers. Once The High Council has gathered, they will dutifully ratify the Prime Directive and Code of Moral Responsibility. The Founders will then write and certify into law a new constitution based on social-economic principles, equality, liberty, and justice.

The High Council will consist of high-level officers from the Federation Force. The main purpose of THC is to guide the Council of Freethinkers by voting to approve legislation passed by the Federation Council.

Federation Council

The key responsibility of the Federation Council is to put forth legislation that would amend the constitution and provide oversight to the Federation Reserve (FR). For this reason, the FC must uncompromisingly adhere to the moral and ethical principles and values of the Code of Moral Responsibility. These principles must be the sole authority that governs the legislative branch.

The overseer, also known as the Federation Councilor, is democratically appointed from the Federation Council by the Council of Freethinkers. They are to ensure all proceedings and legislation are in accordance with the Code of Moral Responsibility.

The ambassadors of the Federation Council will be made up of enlisted officers from the Federation Force and are democratically elected by the people in their jurisdiction.

Federation Judiciary Council

The Federation Judiciary Council consists of appointed judges within the FF. The purpose of the FJC is to protect the rights of all members, provide legal counsel to the board of directors, minimize the organization's legal risks, uphold core values, administer discipline, and ensure equality and justice for all.

Federation Reserve

The Federation Reserve is an independent branch of government, and it controls all assets and resources of One Life Charity. The head of the FR (Chief Financial Officer) is appointed by the Chair of the Board and overseen by the FC.

The Federation Force (FF) is a group of united organizations within the governance structure of One Life Charity and is composed of all active enlisted members.  

The FF is controlled by the Supreme Federation Commander (SFC) and consists of the following six divisions; Federation Command, Federation Enterprise, Federation Academy, Federation Eden, Federation Fleet, and Federation Guard.  

Who is the Supreme Federation Commander? 

The Supreme Federation Commander is the only democratically elected member of the Council of Freethinkers (CF). They must hold the rank of a senior officer. The SFC is elected by the High Council (HC) and serves 5-year terms, not to exceed more than two terms. The SFC will sit as the eighth in command on the CF and carry out any lawful orders given by the council. 

What are the six divisions of the Federation Force?  

Federation Command 

The purpose of Federation Command (FC) is to faithfully execute the lawful orders of the SFC. The FC is composed of senior and junior officers from the FF. The responsibility of the FC is to act as the command and control between the six divisions of the FF, create logistics plans, prioritize mission goals, coordinate resources, and ensure the quality and completion of tasks.  

Federation Enterprise 

The Federation Enterprise is the science division of the FF. The purpose of the FE is to expand knowledge and understanding of the Universe, advance scientific and medical research, treat the sick or injured, set up and maintain computer technologies, solve the climate crisis, and R & D.  

Federation Academy 

The Federation Academy will train and educate volunteers and members in all fields.  The FA will provide on-the-job training and ensure all volunteers are knowledgeable about their assigned duties.   

Federation Eden 

The Federation Eden is the conservation branch of the FF. The FED’s duties are to protect species from extinction, maintain and restore natural habitats, enhance ecosystem services, and protect biological diversity. The FED is also responsible for all food production.  

Federation Fleet 

The Federation Fleet is in charge of building and maintaining all public infrastructure and ensuring all safety measures and codes are followed. The Federation Fleet is also responsible for the service sector and factory labor.  

Federation Guard 

The Federation Guard consists of the following four divisions; Federation Elite (FE), Federation Reserve (FR), Federation Warriors (FW), and Federation Patrol (FP). The FE trains all FF members in combat and defends against any outside attack, the FR attends to noncriminal emergencies, the FW aids any FF member and fights for social justice, and the FP responds to criminal activity or security issues.
