Social Justice - fair treatment of all people in a society, including respect for the rights of minorities and equitable distribution of resources among members of a community.
There has long been a problem on this planet with social injustice. From Ancient times to the time of Kings, Emperors, Supreme Leaders, and Presidents, the people have always been marginalized, enslaved, and subjected to corrupt laws that benefit those with wealth and power.
However, most people would like to live a healthy, righteous, and moral life. They seek not to harm others but wish to do good and help those in need. They do not lust for power or possessions. They do not seek war or violence. What little they do have, they would gladly share to help others.
Only a small portion of the population is morally twisted and consumed by power and greed. Even though they are greatly outnumbered, they utilize fear and hatred to corrupt the souls of those around them for evil and selfish means. They use their influence to point armies at the innocent from a place of fortification and never themselves march into battle along with those that blindly fight for them. They will gladly retreat while telling you to sacrifice your life and freedom for them, and they will not help you when you break the law in their name.
That is where our fight for social justice begins. We must shine a light on corporate and political corruption and create a direct democracy with a planned economy to bring justice to the grave evils of private capitalism.

The evidence of this is plentiful. Time and time again, we fall victim to another person's greed and lust for power. Our current unregulated private capitalist system is proof that those with power seek to control us through economic policies that benefit only them. They have promised us a dream, but that dream was only a con.

Those seeking power for corrupt purposes will promise you a dream; if you follow them, they will, in return, give you riches or a better life. It is the poorest and most uneducated that fall victim to this con. They become pawns in a game only meant for sacrifice. They believe electing someone with wealth will somehow make them rich as well, but they fail to see how that person accumulated his fortune. It is oftentimes through means of selfishness and corruption.
The only way to truly defeat social injustice is by creating a direct democratic socialist economy that adjusts resources to the needs of the community. We must eliminate the need for representative politicians who can easily be manipulated and solidify a constitution that requires a direct democracy. We can eliminate the need for politicians and create a system that distributes the work to be accomplished among the able and guarantee a livelihood to every man, woman, and child.
Furthermore, everyone must be given the same opportunities and follow the same governmental principles and laws no matter the position of authority. Presidents, Senators, congressmen, government officials, military, police, and CEOs must all abide by the same laws as everyone else. We must eliminate economic inequality and hold all people to the same rule of the law, and we must protect life, nature, and the planet.

Economic inequality can be defined as the unequal distribution of income and wealth in a group of people.
There are three main types of economic inequality: Income Inequality, Pay Inequality, and Wealth Inequality. Since the 1980s, the gap between these economic inequalities has started to soar. The wealth of the richest Americans saw their income increase, while the income of most Americans has stayed stagnant and below the GDP.
We can see the direct correlation in the rise of economic inequality after Ronald Reagan passed the Economic Recovery Tax Act of 1981 and the Tax Reform Act of 1986. These bills passed with the promise that this would stimulate economic growth by allowing companies to trickle down wealth to their employees. Instead, large corporations only used this new wealth to consolidate power and crush the competition of small businesses. This lack of competition meant large corporations did not need to increase wages or make investments to keep their employees. With the lack of wage increases and new investments, the tax revenue for the federal government declined, which caused the fiscal deficit to balloon under Ronald Reagan. In addition, many other consequences of “Reaganomics” would not be truly understood until the end of the Reagan presidency. For example, the deregulation of the financial services industry would play a major part in the Savings and Loan crisis, as well as the financial collapse of 2008.
Even with these economic policy failures, every Republican President after Ronald Reagan has passed massive tax cuts for the wealthy and deregulated corporate and environmental protections. They promise that wealth would eventually trickle down to the working class while opposing any increase to the minimum wage. Furthermore, these policies have undermined and corrupted protections against corporate influence in political society and concentrated vast wealth in fewer and fewer hands.
In 1949, Albert Einstein accurately predicted these events in his article "Why Socialism?".
Private capital tends to become concentrated in few hands, partly because of competition among the capitalists, and partly because technological development and the increasing division of labor encourage the formation of larger units of production at the expense of smaller ones. The result of these developments is an oligarchy of private capital the enormous power of which cannot be effectively checked even by a democratically organized political society. This is true since the members of legislative bodies are selected by political parties, largely financed or otherwise influenced by private capitalists who, for all practical purposes, separate the electorate from the legislature. The consequence is that the representatives of the people do not in fact sufficiently protect the interests of the underprivileged sections of the population. Moreover, under existing conditions, private capitalists inevitably control, directly or indirectly, the main sources of information (press, radio, education). It is thus extremely difficult, and indeed in most cases quite impossible, for the individual citizen to come to objective conclusions and to make intelligent use of his political rights.
Albert Einstein was convinced there was only one way to eliminate these grave evils of capitalism.

The Declaration of Independence lists Life as an unalienable Right, and it should be given freely to every man, woman, and child regardless of wealth. Furthermore, this Right should not in-debt a person beyond the means to seek the pursuit of Happiness.
From the mid-1700s until the mid-1900s, U.S. hospitals operated as private non-profit institutions supported by donations, philanthropy, and government subsidies. During this time, the average cost of healthcare remained relatively the same at about 5% of total GDP. However, this began to change in the late 1960s when the first for-profit hospital was established in Nashville, TN. Not long after, Richard Nixon signed The HMO Act of 1973. This law makes profiteering legal in health care, and we have seen the devastating effects on the overall cost of medical treatment. Today, the United States has the highest costs of healthcare in the world. In 2020, the United States spent over $3.8 trillion on healthcare, which averages to about $12,000 per person or 19% of total GDP. The future cost of healthcare, insurance, and prescriptions is projected to continue to rise substantially for families well into the future.
Proponents of for-profit healthcare argue that it has brought efficiency and better overall care. However, the evidence shows that despite higher healthcare spending per capita, the U.S. does not generally have better health outcomes. In fact, the U.S. ranks last in healthcare among the 11 wealthiest countries despite spending the most.
Now more than ever, with the cost of healthcare rising astronomically, we need bold leadership to stand up against for-profit corporate interests. Education is the primary tool that allows a species to learn the things necessary to gain individual freedom by giving a greater chance of success when completing tasks, which gives the individual more prosperity and independence. Education also teaches moral responsibility and guides us on our path through life.
If our success relays on education, how important should our education be, and what should be the cost of that education?
Well, it turns out education is priceless and unimaginably important. It should never stop or thirst be quenched.

The first colony of the United States, Jamestown, Virginia, was founded in 1607. On April 23, 1635, the first public school, Boston Latin School, was established in Boston, Massachusetts. Puritan settlers at the time established schools to teach not just the essentials like reading, writing, and math but also to reinforce moral responsibility. Only a few students attended public school, while most were taught at home by their parents or private tutor.
Since then, the educational system in the United States has greatly evolved. During the 1840s, a growing movement for all children to access free public schools emerged. Then in 1852, Massachusetts passed the first public school laws, and by 1918, all American children were required to attend at least elementary school. In the 1950s, the struggle to defeat and end segregation largely began after the Supreme Court overturned its ruling in the landmark case, Brown V. Board of education. The ruling found that education is the right of every individual as air is to breathe, and free education is a Social Justice Right for ALL.
Today, the public school system in the United States remains intact by funding from taxes that come from the state and local levels. It is generally well-funded thanks to teacher unions, and recent teacher lead pushes to demand increases in funding. As a result, the education level in the United States remains high and has been the primary driver of economic and social success.
We now have an opportunity to further that success by evolving the public school system even more to include access to free public education at colleges and universities. If education is the primary driver for success, everyone should have access to it. The opportunity for free education should be the right of every individual.
