There are four ways to earn rank once you join the Federation Force.

2. Volunteer

3. Sponsor

You can simply convert your donations into 1Life coins and exchange them for rank. 

That depends on the current exchange rate of 1Life coins and your remaining work cycle time requirements. 

For example:  

Assuming you have zero volunteer  or sponsorship hours

Current exchange rate for donations

1 coin = $2400 US

1 coin = ½ acre of land

1 coin = 41 g gold

Current exchange rate for 1Life coins

1 coin = 1 month work cycle credit

Total needed for each rank

5 coins per work cycle or 20 coins per rank

(20 X $2400 = $48,000)

Yes, there is no limit to the amount of donations you can convert to 1Life coins.

Total needed to retire T1

20 coins per rank X 10 ranks = 200 coins

200 coins X $2400 = $480,000

Volunteer hours are broken down into work cycles. By completing work cycles, you can earn 1Life coins which can be exchanged for rank.

Full-time sponsors are automatically enrolled into the Federation Force, and will earn rank through the sponsorship program.

Special recognition awards will be granted to Federation Force members who show exceptional abilities and go above and beyond. These awards can either be exchanged for work cycle credits or used for rewards through the One Life Charity rewards program.
