In order to join the Federation Force, you must complete the six week basic training program. The program has been structured to introduce our organization’s mission and core values to prepare you to become a contributing full-time volunteer.
The overall purpose of our basic training program is to evaluate your physical fitness, health, mental fortitude, and educational level. These factors will determine any potential job opportunities for you within the Federation Force.
