The first 1,000 to join the ranks of the Federation Force will be known as The Founders. 


The Founders will play a fundamental role in creating the foundation that will usher in the beginning of a new society based on independent sustainability by creating a direct democracy with a planned economy oriented toward community, social justice, conservation, and charity.


The Founders will be responsible for creating a new constitution, ratifying the Prime Directive and Code of Moral Responsibility, and creating the framework for the Federation Force.
