The Federation Force is a volunteer organization dedicated to the “establishment of a socialist economy, accompanied by an educational system which would be oriented toward social goals.” The organization is structured as an independent nonsectarian socialist parliamentary constitutional direct democracy. Simply, it is a place where people can unite together to take the necessary steps to reach beyond their infancy and transition into the next phase of cultural revolution. Independent Sustainability

All enlisted members must complete a basic training program and become a full-time volunteer. In exchange for completing work cycle requirements, members will receive free housing, food, education, healthcare, and necessities. Jobs will be distributed to the able in order to guarantee a livelihood to every man, woman, and child. You will also gain voting rights, retirement options, and healthcare.

If the organization you worked for was a direct democracy, how would you design your work schedule? 

This is the approach we’ve taken when calculating work cycles. Instead of working year round, we’ve split the year into two work cycles each five months long. This optimizes work flow, and gives the volunteers two months a year to vacation and recharge. 

The dates of the work cycles are from [January 15 - June 15] and [July 15 - December 15]. This was designed to maximize your summer and winter holidays, so you can completely enjoy spending time with your family and friends.

The hours of each work cycle vary depending on rank. The higher in rank you go, the less hours you work per day.

Each successful completion of a work cycle grants the member an additional promotion within their rank called a PIP or promotion in place. After completing four work cycles, the member will be promoted to the next higher rank.

We’ve designed the enlistment process around you. All you need to do is fill out the enlistment application below. If you're a chosen applicant, a recruitment officer will contact you to begin the enlistment process. The recruitment officer will work with you until your application is finished, and provide you with any additional information. Once your application has been finalized, you will receive a date to begin your 6 week basic training program.
